Each component is presented in its maximum dimensions, within which the required chair element can be cut. Formation of the required elements is performed by CNC machining using existing templates or custom client samples.
Depending on the required finish, components can be supplied ready for upholstery, lacquered, painted, or HPL laminated.

Formation of the required elements is performed by CNC machining using existing templates or custom client samples.
Residential Furniture Components
Molded beech plywood components, including backrests, seats, legs, and one-piece molded shells, are used for manufacturing of chairs for home. Each element is presented in its maximum blank dimensions, allowing the required chair element to be CNC-machined according to the desired design. Final components are produced using standard CNC templates or customer drawings and samples.
Depending on the required finish, components can be supplied ready for upholstery, lacquered, painted, or HPL laminated.
